As a company we give a minimum of 10 years guarantee on all our high performance felt system. In the instances we cannot provide a guarantee are the following;

· If the structure of the roof does not have sufficient fall for the water to drain away therefore water pooling on the flat roof area.

· If there are any pipes penetrating the structure of the roof such as, flues, plumbing pipework or roof windows that haven’t been fitted by URBAN ROOFING.

· If any cover flashing/leadwork is not renewed by URBAN ROOFING

· If any brickwork or render on the house or surrounding area is failing or in disrepair.

- If the completed flat roof area has not been accessed (walked on) by the clients themselves or any other contractors.

-  To the construction work that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by others. 

By reading our terms and conditions and then accepting our quotation you are agreeing to the above.

As a company we give a minimum of 20 years guarantee on all our pitched roofing work. In the instances we cannot provide a guarantee are the following;

· If it is not a full roof replacement

· If materials are used condition (original or reclaimed). If tiles/slates are not brand new

· If all lead works to the property are not renewed.

· If all verges, ridgeline or hips are not replaced with a dry system

· If the structure of the timber rafters or joints are twisted or rotten and not replaced by URBAN ROOFING

- If the completed roof area has not been accessed (walked on) by the clients themselves or any other contractors.

-  To the construction work that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by others. 

By reading our terms and conditions and then accepting our quotation you are agreeing to the above.

As a company we do not remove asbestos nor to we transport it away from site. If asbestos is found/discovered during works agreed, all work will stop until the client has organised for the safe handling, removal and transportation appropriate. This is the clients responsibility solely. Asbestos is not always identifiable by eye. Although in the near future we are looking into the correct licence and training to be able to deal with the hazardous materials, but for the foreseeable future the above applies.
