Flat Roofing

Fascia, Soffit and Guttering

Flat Roofing

A flat roof is a roof that is completely, or almost level. However, whilst they are described as ‘flat’ almost all flat roofs are actually laid to a fall to ensure that rainwater can run off to the lower side. We use a three layer felt system which is the traditional installation and lasts up to 30 years. We can also install lead on the smaller flat roofs.

Fascia, Soffit and Guttering

We Supply and fit all types of soffit, fascia and guttering. These all come in different shapes and sizes. Most commonly people don’t know which is which, the soffit is the board inline with your upstairs windows, the fascia is the wood that the guttering is fixed to and the guttering is where the water collects and drained down to the soak-away.

Moss Removal

Fascia, Soffit and Guttering

Fascia, Soffit and Guttering

Moss needs to be removed from your roof for many reasons. Moss needs to be removed as it blocks your guttering and also the soakaway. In many cases when the soakaway blocks, water spills out the top of the outlet, and makes inside walls damp. We use a small trowel and hand brush, many companies use jet washers, which is not the correct method. The correct method is doing it by hand, the old fashioned way.
